Excellent from start to finish. Mark arrived on time and spent a good amount of time explaining what he uses (our tiles were 30 years old and needed a bit more of a push to clean). Felt very comfortable leaving him do his job and came back to a wonderful result. Better than expected!! Still love looking at my new clean grout between tiles today. So happy with results. Really does work
