How can I be confident that you will arrive on time?
We are a small family run business that focuses on high quality work. Producing high quality work means we only do several jobs per day.
It is relatively easy to be on time if you are only doing 1-2 carpet cleaning jobs per day.
Many carpet cleaning companies choose to focus on being the cheapest. Focusing on being the best price means their business is built around quantity not quality.
A long time ago , 15 years to be exact (certainly feels like a long time ago!) , I started out as a low cost carpet cleaner. I would clean between 5 - 7 homes a day just to stay in business.
It was exhausting and impossible to always be on time. I simply didn't have the time or energy to give the customer an amazing experience.
